Tribus Consulting provides specialist permanent Facilities Management, IT, Health and Safety and Automotive staff to the private and public sector. It is our intention to provide our clients with an exceptional calibre of permanent candidates and in return provide our candidates with the highest level and widest choice of opportunities available.

We provide specialist recruitment services across permanent, contingency, managed services and campaign-based recruitment. When dealing with a new client, we will appoint a management consultant to analyse their requirement before advising on which approach to adopt. This will be flexible and adapt over time in line with the client’s recruitment requirements, combining ongoing contingency methods with campaign recruitment when necessary.

The Workshop is an independent building set within an area of Folkestone that has been developed by The Creative Foundation. The area is well connected to public transport and is supported with a high street vibe, whilst also benefiting from the beautiful and historic Folkestone harbour, just a 30-second walk away. 
 
 
Plus, we are in close proximity to both the M20 and M2 and are just 40 minutes from London, thanks to a fast train service.
